Gaudí: Winds of Barcelona is a Japanese visual novel originally released in 1989 for the X68000, now appearing for the first time on modern platforms through an ambitious preservation and localization project.

Considered a hidden classic of Japanese adventure gaming, this re-release serves to preserve one of the most unique titles from the golden age of Japanese graphic adventures.

The localization team is currently translating more than 27,000 words, carefully preserving not only the original meaning, but also its cultural nuances, noir atmosphere, and the unique tone that defines the experience.

Shinyuden is preparing a collector’s edition that pays tribute to the game’s legacy, featuring exclusive materials and a design inspired both by Gaudí’s work and the history of this cult title.
